Follow is free to download and includes a limited period of free access. Follow Premium is available through monthly and yearly subscriptions and provides continued access to planning features, higher active-goal limits, and other Premium benefits shown in the app.

Yes. Follow supports multiple goals. The number of goals you can keep active at the same time depends on your current access level and is shown in the app.
Follow uses AI to break your goal into steps, suggest daily actions based on your context and progress, and adapt the plan when things change. The AI works in the background — you just see a clear next step.
You can permanently delete your account and its primary app content at any time from the app settings. If you have an Apple subscription, deleting your Follow account does not cancel it. You must cancel the subscription separately through Apple if you do not want it to renew. Limited support, operational, provider, or legally required records may be retained as described in our privacy policy. If you need help, contact support.
