These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and FOLLOW LABS LIMITED (“Follow”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) for your use of the Follow website and mobile application (together, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Follow. If you are under the age at which you can enter into a contract in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may use Follow only where the Service is lawfully available to you.
Follow helps you turn goals and unfinished tasks into structured plans. You can add goals, keep plans, notes and progress records, receive AI-generated steps and suggestions, see a plan for what to do today, choose optional reminders, and send feedback to us from the app.
Follow may make some features available without charge for a limited period or subject to usage limits. Follow Premium provides paid access to additional or expanded features, as described in the app before purchase.
Features may change as we improve the Service. We will not make a material change that removes a paid or legally required right without giving any notice required by law.
The app creates an anonymous account with an internal identifier. You can use Follow without providing a name, email address, password, or public profile.
You may choose to connect your account using Sign in with Apple. Apple provides Follow with a unique account identifier and may provide your name and email address, depending on what you choose to share. Follow does not receive your Apple Account password.
You are responsible for keeping your device, Apple Account, and access to Follow secure. An anonymous account relies on the session stored on your device, so we may be unable to recover it if you lose access to the device and no valid session remains. Connecting Sign in with Apple allows you to sign in to the same Follow account again on a compatible device.
If the Apple Account you use is already connected to another Follow account while your device has separate anonymous data, Follow may ask whether to combine that data with the existing account or sign in without combining it. Review the choice carefully: choosing not to combine the accounts permanently deletes the separate anonymous account and its content.
Signing out ends the Follow session on that device but does not delete the signed-in account or its content. You may delete your account through the app settings. Deletion removes the account and its primary app content and attempts to revoke Follow’s Sign in with Apple authorization. Limited support, operational, provider, or legally required records may be retained only as described in our Privacy Policy.
Follow may offer paid access to additional or expanded features through Follow Premium. The benefits available with Premium are shown in the app before purchase and may include continued access after a free access period ends, increased active-goal limits, and early access to selected features.
Follow Premium is available through monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. The price, currency, subscription duration, and benefits displayed in the Apple purchase confirmation screen apply to your purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Unless you cancel, the subscription automatically renews at the end of each subscription period at the price then applicable under Apple’s rules. Apple administers payment, renewal, cancellation, price-change notifications, and refund requests. Apple’s terms and applicable consumer law also apply.
You can view your subscription status, restore purchases, and open Apple’s subscription-management screen from Follow settings. Cancelling stops future renewal but normally allows Premium access to continue until the end of the paid subscription period, unless Apple applies a refund or determines otherwise.
Deleting your Follow account, signing out, or deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Apple may continue billing your Apple Account until you cancel the subscription through Apple.
A free access period provided directly by Follow is not an App Store free trial unless the Apple purchase screen expressly identifies it as one.
We may also provide complimentary or promotional Premium access. Complimentary access is not an auto-renewable subscription and does not create a payment obligation unless this is clearly stated as part of a separate purchase.
You keep ownership of the goals, notes, plans, results, feedback, and other content you submit to Follow (“Your Content”).
You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, transmit, and display Your Content only as needed to:
This licence ends when Your Content is deleted, except for limited feedback, support, provider, operational, or legally required records retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
You must have the right to submit Your Content. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, contains malware, or is intended to harm or misuse the Service.
Follow is not intended to store medical records, payment details, government identifiers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information. Do not enter this information into the Service.
Follow uses artificial intelligence to generate plans, steps, summaries, and suggestions. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your situation. Always use your own judgement and check important information before acting on it.
Follow does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice. Do not use it as the only basis for an important decision or in an emergency. Contact a qualified professional or emergency service when appropriate.
You remain responsible for the goals you choose, the information you submit, and the actions you take.

We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, design, branding, and content other than Your Content.
While you comply with these Terms, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the Service for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.
If you send feedback or ideas, we may use them without payment or obligation to you, but we do not take ownership of unrelated material included in your message.
We aim to keep Follow available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security incidents, provider failures, legal requirements, or events outside our reasonable control may interrupt the Service.
We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or respond to a serious breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue.
You may stop using Follow at any time and may delete your account through the app settings.
If you have an active Apple subscription, you must cancel it separately through Apple if you do not want it to renew.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
Subject to those rights, Follow is a general planning tool. We do not promise that AI output will be accurate, that a particular plan will achieve a result, or that every feature will always be available. You are responsible for deciding whether a suggestion is suitable for you.
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, for a failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, or for business losses arising from personal use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
The Service depends on third-party infrastructure, AI, notification, authentication, operating-system, and app-store services. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply to their services. Sign in with Apple and related Apple Account choices are provided by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy notices.
If you download Follow from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these Terms conflict with mandatory app-store terms or applicable consumer law, those mandatory terms or laws prevail.
We may change these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, security requirements, or our business. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. For a material change, we will provide additional notice where reasonably possible or legally required. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts of your home country that applicable law gives you.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply. If we delay enforcing a right, that does not waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer our rights as part of a merger, reorganisation, sale, or other transfer of the Service, provided this does not reduce your mandatory rights.
